Eligibility

Fees, Third-Party Costs, and Success Fee
The use of certain features or services offered through Here’s Our Deal may require the payment of a service fee. By using any paid service on the website, you agree to pay the fees disclosed to you at the time of payment.
In addition to fees charged by Here’s Our Deal, third-party costs may apply. These costs are not charged by Here’s Our Deal and may be imposed by government agencies, public bodies, record custodians, vendors, or other third parties. Examples include costs for public records, body-camera video, dash-camera video, 911 audio, copying charges, certification fees, mailing charges, courier charges, filing fees, or similar out-of-pocket expenses related to your matter.
If an agency or other third party charges a fee to search for, prepare, copy, duplicate, certify, or release records or video, that fee is your responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Here’s Our Deal is not responsible for setting, controlling, or refunding fees charged by any agency or third party.
If Here’s Our Deal advances any third-party cost on your behalf, you authorize us to invoice you for reimbursement or charge the payment method you provided, to the extent permitted by law and any separate agreement between us.
If you receive money through a claim, settlement, judgment, award, or other recovery connected to a matter for which Here’s Our Deal provided services, you agree to pay Here’s Our Deal a success fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount recovered. This success fee is separate from any third-party costs unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
The success fee becomes due when you receive the recovery, when funds are disbursed on your behalf, or when you otherwise become entitled to payment, whichever occurs first. You agree to promptly notify Here’s Our Deal of any such recovery and to provide reasonable confirmation of the amount recovered upon request.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, fees paid to Here’s Our Deal are non-refundable once services have begun or third-party costs have been incurred.
No Guarantee of Results
Use of the site does not guarantee any specific legal, administrative, financial, or investigative outcome. We do not guarantee that:
- any agency will respond;
- any complaint will be accepted;
- any claim will succeed;
- any compensation will be awarded;
- any evidence will be preserved by a third party.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files;
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- scrape, copy, or misuse the site or its content without authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- submit content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
Third-Party Services and Links
The site may refer to or integrate with third-party services, platforms, or links, including cloud storage, video hosting, payment services, analytics tools, or communication providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Here’s Our Deal and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the site, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
